12 January 2023 Dear Expert, My client purchase CONCRETE MIXER LOADER (TRUCK) AS ON 13-01-2018 FOR Rs. 39,51,000/- (include GST 18%). Now he wish to same loader mixer sale to another person for Rs. 10,00,000/- (without GST). Now any condition under GST regime related such case ?
