Sale of capital goods purchased under epcg

10 December 2013 A private limited company purchased a machinery under EPCG scheme in year 2011. Company is divided into 2 units, and one unit with that machine is want to go for unit sale. Is it possible to sale the machine without completing the EO? The new unit is ready to take the EO. Till now there is no export.

04 January 2014 Zero duty EPCG scheme allows import of capital goods subject to an export obligation equivalent to 6 times of duty saved on capital goods imported under EPCG scheme, to be fulfilled in 6 years reckoned from Authorization issue-date..

if u fulfilled the EO then submit the documents in dgft concerned office.

all the condition will be unchanged @ of issuance the licence noted here......
