Sale of bungalow

our co. sale bungalow in ready position. Bungalow was constructed from another contractor; he already charge service tax on work completed by them. Is our sale is liable for vat or service tax?

If these are sold after getting certificate of completion it is a sale of immovable of property and no service tax or VAT would be applicable otherwise both may get attracted subject to other conditions.
