I would like to know about to sale imported capital goods from 100% EOU to DTA unit. Procedure to sale the same and what about the duty structure.

11 May 2015 On Sale of Capital goods imported by 100% EOU, duty shall be payable as custom duty on the value after depreciation as per FTP 2015-2020.
