Foreign Customer {END USER} Place an order to Zimon pvt Ltd, Kolkota. Zimon placed the same order to Rekon pvt Limited , Odisha . Further Rekon Placed the Same order to Demorsh Ltd, Kandla, (SEZ) unit. Now Demorsh Ltd , will Export the material directly to the Foreign customer .


FOREIGN CUSTOMER (END USER) ORDER PLACED TO

ZIMON PVT LTD PLACED SAME ORDER TO (KOLKATA)


REKON LIMITEd,ODISHA , PLACED SAME ORDER TO


DEMORSH LTD ,(KANDLA , SEZ UNIT) NOW THEY HAVE TO DIRECTLY EXPORT SUPPLY THE MATERIAL TO FOREIGNER CUSTOMER

QUESTIONAIRE

1.What type of sale it is called as per Orissa Sales Tax & Central Excise point of View ?

2.What are the legal papers should be maintained by all the above parties ?

3.What type of forms will be required ?

4. What type of permission are needed from Sales tax & Excise point of view ?

As the last Supplier is in SEZ area, They will not charged any Excise.
