how to pass JV n the salary payment with break up??
eg: basic : Rs50, HRA : 50 and profession tax is 20..

Salary A.c........... Dr Rs 100
To Professional tax Rs 20
To employye/salary payable A/c Rs 80
i think no need of accounting basic and HRA seperately in JV.
You can have seperate working sheet for pay roll which should contain all the informaton.
