ours is start up company we have 5 staffs and each staffs salary comes around 5 to 6 lkhs
please advise how can make salary structure
Eg Mr A Salary is 566400 p/a

21 August 2013 Sir actualy ours is a small & start up company just our boss agreed salary package of 566400 (47500 take home p/m) in that we have to make structure

EDUCATION ALLOWANCE.....Rs.200

MEDICAL REIM............Rs.1,250
GROSS SALARY............Rs.50,500
Less:...................
PF......................Rs.2,760
PT......................Rs.200
NET SALARY..............Rs.47,540
