hi sir, my question is that how to calculate of working days if one worker got absence 5 days in a month of Aug. in working days and he get sunday holiday. so how many days of present in Aug. month.

According to Labour act only 6 days in week termed as working days so Sunday can be treated holiday but tarted as working day.
