02 November 2012 My client has income from salary.He is availing HRA facility.He is living in Delhi. He has also taken housing loan to purchase flat in Haryana.
1.It could be possible that he may avail the HRA facility and,
2. Interest paid by him on housing loan may be setoff from his salary income.
for tax benefit purpose.
