IS EX MP AND MLA'S PENSION RECEIVED FROM CENTREL OR STAT GOVERNMENT IS EXEMPT FROM INCOME PLEASE GIVE ME SUGGESSION

Pension recd by Ex MPs and MLAs from the Govt is taxable as Income from Other Sources since there is not employer-employee relationship between the MPs/MLAs and the government. There is no specific exemption for such a pension.
