We provide to employee Medical Reimbursement 1250 P.M. If his working days 25 then his Medical reimbursement will be decrease or this is fixed Rs. 1250.

If it is in the nature of Allowance, then it may not depend upto the working days untill there is something contrary given in the terms of Employment.
