Need for advising salary break up ( tax efficient ) for 1,50,000 per month for a employee who is going to join in new hospital.

Basic Salary : 50% of the gross
HRA : 50% of Basic
Medical Allowance : 1250 pm
Tpt Allowance : 800 pm
LTA : lump sum payment as decided by co mgt.
Reimbursements : Balance fig.
