Mr. R is received as a Salary Rs. 31500. Than for the employer benefit what should break up of Salary of Rs. 31500.

and for the benefit of Mr. R (employee) what should the breakup of his Salary

16 December 2009 For the benefit of Mr.R, keep some portion of salary as HRA, conveyance allowance, childeren education allowance, medical allowance, LTA etc. so that he can claim those exemptions by fulfilling the relavant conditions.

For employer keep basic salary portion less so that his contribution to PF etc. will be minimised
