my salary is Rs.13000 without PF deduction, please tell me the salary break-up of Rs. 13000/-

It depends on your employer.
In industry the practice is to give 50% of basic as HRA.
800/- for Comneyance Allowance and 1250/- for medical.
Compute the breakup vide reverse calculation
