Hi dear all member. I want a salary break up total how many features will be ther in salary and how much percent is deducte in each case like HRA,DA etc... please help me to get a goods comand on salary break up

The normal heads are:
Basic salary, HRA, Conveyance allowance, Dearness allowance, Overtime, Out station allowance, Mrtro city allowance and can be many more depending on Company to Company and what benefits they are giving to employees besides basic salary. Again the allowances can be on percentage of basic salary or lump sum based on the comapny's policy. There is no hard and fast rule.
