can any budy give me a best salary break that reduce the tax libilities in both side i.e. from the employer and employee

IF WE ADD CONVEYANCE IN SALARY BREAK UP IS THERE ANY FBT LIBILITIES FOR COMPANY

Conveyance will attract FBT... but Rs.800/- pm is transport allowance which does not attract FBT and also according to the Finance Act,06 any benefit of amenity in the nature of free n subsidized transport or any allowance provided by the employer to the employees for journey from their residence to the place of work will not attract FBt..
