Sir please help me,what is Gratuity..its deduction from my salary every month..what will be benefit to me?

Gratuity is payable by the employer when a person leaves an Organisation after completing 5 years of service at the rate of half months salary for every completed year of service.
No deduction is to be made from the salary in this regard
