whts the exemption limit for employers contribution to R.P.F? WHETHER ITS 8.5% OR9.5% PLZ CLARIFY?

w.e.f. 01/09/2010, interest limit is reduced to 9.5% to 8.5% on RPF. While employer's contribution to RPF is still 12.5%
