Hello Friends
Can any body tell me whether there is any special provision if pension uncommuted pension is received by a person who is offcer in air force. According to my information uncommuted pension is fully taxable whether government of non government..

Uncommuted pension is taxable as salary u/s 15 in the hands of both Government and Non-Government employees....
