10 May 2013 A person having basic salary, rent allowance,conveyance allowance,PF retired on 2nd April'13 and joined again as a retainer from 4th April'13.
Now,can we show the person under normal salary head(as shown him upto March'13) for 2 days and under retainer head from 4th April'13 in the same Salary Register in that particular month?

12 May 2013 Amit,There are two things,one settle his dues by salary TDS for 2013-14 issuing form 16 in later stage.Now treat him retainer/consultant & Change the TDS rate. year end issue form 16A
where is the problem,

09 May 2018 I am working in a ca firm.And i get basic and DA for every month.My question is that my boss deduct DA for sunday and other national holidays from my salary.If possible please tell me that which ground or act that he deduct from my salary.ASAP

09 May 2018 There is no such law ..in case of excess leave( More then entitlement) ..He can deduct as LWP other vise no way/law allows him to act like this..pl do discuss with him.

10 May 2018 I am working in a ca firm.And i get basic and DA for every month.My question is that my boss deduct DA for sunday and other national holidays from my salary i.e no work no pay basis.And he deduct professional tax from my salary.I have no proof that i am working in this particular firm or organisation.My question is that which ground he has deduct professional tax from my salary.
