if the private school/college is run by employer weather or not fbt apply with reasons about that ?

Charging of FBT depends on status.
Company, firm, AOP, Local Authority are liable to pay FBT.
Political party, charitable institutions are exempted from FBT.
Individuals, HUF, Central Govt., State Govt, for these status FBT will not apply.
Depending on your employer status FBT will apply.
