if any office expenses received from lok sabha or rajya sabha,then what will be the tax treament?mail me-vishalmodi89@yahoo.com

For, it has to be cleared, whether the person receiving is an employee in office of Lok Sabha or Rajya Sabha. if yes than it will be taxable as salary, otherwise income from other sources.
