any one can tell what are the areas and how to verify the salaries & wages of pvt.company in case of internal audit & what are the laws i have to follow while doing verifying the salaries & wages...

The laws to be referred are :
Professional Tax,
Provident fund,
Gratuity Provision,
ESIC
Bonus Act, Factory Act.
Check salary and attendance register.
You can check the appointment letter on sample basis of some employees which are at higher post so that you can know the powers and the amount of fringe benefits available to them, etc.
