hi all,
is it compulsory that signature of the shareholder(seller)(staying in USA) is required in the share transfer form
otherwise signature of the person who is having power of attorney is valid.

If there is a registered power of attorney containing a specific clause for the referred matter, the power holder can sign form 7B. However, an attested copy of the power of attorney shall accompany the share transfer form.
