IF raw materials are imported in excise free zone like baddi by a manufacturer and 4% SAD is paid on such import through depb licnence than whether the refund of such amt paid can be claimed as credit to DEPB lic scrip or by refund of duty.
Pl give the notification no under which it is admmissable.

Nope, no refund as imported goods are not sold on payment of VAT/CST.
