SIR,
i want to know what are the rules after obtaining certificate of practice. is it allowed to do a job after getting COP? can he bcome a proffessor after getting COP?

After getting your COP you cannot engage yourself into any kind of employment. You have to take prior permission from the institute to take up a new job / employment.
