19 August 2014 A employee is taking Rs 65000/- cash in his name at a time and submitting voucher having less than Rs 20000/- each/- to company. My question is , the rule 6DD(K) is covering or violating the rule.

19 August 2014 if one time advance is given in cash for exp then sec 40A (3) shall be made applicable
