A employee is taking Rs 65000/- cash in his name at a time and submitting voucher having less than Rs 20000/- each/- to company. My question is , the rule 6DD(K) is covering or violating the rule.

if one time advance is given in cash for exp then sec 40A (3) shall be made applicable

if you make payment to one person in a day exceeds Rs. 20000/- in a day then exp. will be disallowed.
