will the institute be sending rtp's for the nov13 exams or do we need to buy it from the institute ?

In case if its your first attempt then icai will send else u should buy but i would suggest you to refer online version of rtp available on www.icai.org.

ICAI sends RTPs only once in the 1st attempt..
After that either you can download or can buy..
