20 November 2021 Dear Expert,

We have forgot to accommodate RSU payment in last FY 2020-2021.

We would like to know the impact and solution.

It will be great help if you can advise corrective action to be taken .

22 November 2021 YOU ARE TAKING ABOUT RESTRICATED STOCK UNIT , which is given to employess as bonus like ESOP , i belive , the impact will be EBDITA will increase , so set off you can take the Payment in current year and show it in the FIling given to SEBI and MCA
