15 January 2015 if the audit firm has already been appointed at the AGM for a term of 5 years , as per the companies act,2013...then does their appointment need regularisation at or needs to be noted at every AGM of the meeting till the Sixth AGM???

16 January 2015 If an auditor is appointed for a period of five years at the AGM. Then we have to take approval of shareholders at each next agm.
