please provide the guidance regarding the attachment in form INC22

is it mandatory to attach the competent authority copy.

and if property is given on rent free then how to bring the rent receipt certificates???

03 September 2015 As far as Mumbai ROC is concerned, they did not ask entire copy of Agreement. You can attach utility bill instead of it.
If it is given on rent free basis, you can attach NOC from the Owner (alongwith utility bill in owner's name)

03 September 2015 and agreement of rent free should be on stamp paper and notarised or it can be given on plain paper
