13 October 2009 Respected, i have to file ROC Return for a liasion office in india. I have to file Form 52 for the company. i just want to know that what i have to attached with form beside audit balance sheet as on 31.03.09 of india. Should i have to attached balance sheet of head office of singapore? is it mandatory ? and what is the last date of filing of Form - 52?

Please see the registration under Co's Act, if it's registered in the name of your Head Office then you have to file,

"Form of annual return of a foreign company having a share capital- "Form"

You have to file the accounts of your head office alongwith accounts for india operation if any in Form 52.

My answer is based on the assumption that status of your liasion office is just like an Indian Branch office of a foreign company.
