I presume the incorporation forms have been properly filed and certificate of incorporation received.
I also presume that the company is a private limited company and is not required to hold a statutory meeting.
If the company is a public limited company, then the name of the company would have been struck off for not holding the statutory meeting in time and non-filing of the statutory report.
Now the company has to file the Annual Accounts in form 23ac and 23aca for the last three years and the Annual Return in Form 20B for the last three years with additonal filing fees which would be ten times the normal filing fees.
in addition, if there has been change of directors, allotment of shares etc then the forms for those corporate actions have to be filed.
The above does not guarantee that the ROC will not take any action against the company.
