10 December 2011 what are the compulsory charges are to be required to pay to fulfill the requirement of ROC if onces the private ltd co is registered and do not carry any operation activity?

10 December 2011 Only Annual Filing is compulsory once a year which involves:-
Form 23ACA- Profit and Loss
Form 23AC- Balance Sheet
Form 20B- Annual Return
Form 66- Compliance Certicate(in case paid up of the Company is more than 10 lacs and less than 5 Crores)
