26 December 2009 Can anyone tell me If a private limited company wants to convert in public co and also to change name by including word global to it.... wat is the process to be follow with ROC.. Thanx in advance......

26 December 2009 1. Alter articles to remove restriction u/s 3(1)(iii)
2. Alter name
3. For above alteration, call General Meeting
4. File form 23, prospectus/statment in lieu of prospectus
5. min number of member to be 7, and directors to be 3, min paid-up 5 lakh
6. to have "Globe" word as first - min auth cap 1 crore, else 50 lakh
