Hello Everyone,
My assessee is a company holding Certificate of Incorporation (COI) from 01st April, 2009.
From the incorporation to till date the company didn't have business and the company didn't have filed any return with ROC.
Please guide me about various fines, interest and penalties they are required to pay. Also, about due date of filing the return under ROC.

Even then the Company didn't get any business from operation, you have to file nil return.
