Is one DIR -12 form enough for resignation of an existing director as well as for appointment of new director or we should file in 2 separate forms??????
Please reply as soon as possible,,,

19 January 2016 Single form can be filed for both the things. However, the date of appointment and resignation should be in such a way that there should not be gap of more than 30 days between Appointment/resignation date and filing date.
