Dear sir,
Is one DIR -12 form enough for resignation of an existing director as well as for appointment of new director or we should file in 2 separate forms??????

Single form can be filed for both the things. However, the date of appointment and resignation should be in such a way that there should not be gap of more than 30 days between Appointment/resignation date and filing date.
