ROC Form Rejected after filling 67

25 June 2010 Dear All,

We have file one Form with ROC in April 2010
and after some time we have receive a mail that please file form 67 with required attachment file.

We have file that form before the said date in the mail.after some time we have received mail that your form is rejected because we have not complied with the mail beofre the said date & File a fresh form with requisite fees in a fresh manner.

can you please help me in the matters cited above

26 June 2010 Hi abhinav

if the Registrar of Companies identify any defects in the documents than he communicate to the company/applicant giving 30 days time for rectification of the defect. If the company/ applicant
does not resubmit the document within the prescribed time, such e-forms will automatically be marked as invalid in the
system and shall not be taken on record. Thereafter, the company/ applicant has the only option of filing fresh form with
prescribed fee and additional fee.

In this case some thing different happened ,
we have file Addendum with prescribed form but even though your form is rejected by the registrar and asked to file a fresh form,

Is it justified??

Please confirm which form was filed by you, the date of filing and the date of filing of form 67.
