15 July 2014 We have filed 4 form to Roc i.e..20B.23B.23ACA.23AC...now as per new companies act which form we have to file and how they will file. Which form we have to file for appointment of auditor.

17 July 2014 If for the relevant year form 23B has already been filed then for that year form 23AC and ACA can be filed with SRN of 23B.
If no 23B filed then form ADT-1 is to be file as an attachment under form GNL-2.
Form 20B annual return can be filed without SRN of form 23B.
