Roc filling compliance for llp

09 November 2017 One of my client has registered LLP on 09.01.2017. so does he need to file the following for the year ended 31.03.2017 :
1) Form 3 - LLP agreement
2) Form 8 - Filing Annual Accounts or Statement of Accounts or P&L and Balance Sheet ; and
3) Form 11 - Annual Return

The LLP has not yet started doing any business.

Please help with this...

09 November 2017 Hello Jay!
1. Form -3 to be filed mandatorily, otherwise firm has to pay late fee
2. If the LLP closes its financial year on 31st March 2017, it has to filed Form-8 & Form-11 even it does not have business.

09 November 2017 Thanks for replying sir... But as all the due dates has been missed by the client it's going to attract huge penalty.... How to deal with that...??

09 November 2017 Must file along with the late fees. Delaying further more will attract offence.
