06 November 2014 1)Can we file single MGT14 for disclosure of interest and approval of accounts.is it fine.both actions was done on same board meeting.

2)Can a small company as defined as per section 2(85) of co. act 2013

can conduct its board meeting on 30.08.2014 and do pass resolutions said in above point (1)

Note: assumed in march 2014 one board meeting done.
