Is it necessary to file Form 23B if ADT 1 is filed??
I heared that if company files ADT 1 then appointed auditor need not to file 23B.

Under Companies Act, 1956, it was duty of the Auditor to file form 23B with ROC regarding his appointment as Statutory Auditor whereas Under Companies Act, 2013, it is duty of the Company to file form ADT.1
