Private limited company having authorized capital of Rs. 10,00,000 and date of AGM is 30/09/2013 then what will be fees for late filing of Form 23AC- ACA ???

As on today, the filing fees for Form 23AC & 23ACA will be Rs. 1500/- (300 fees and 1200 penalty).
