what are the forms to be filed by a builder for ROC filing? please provide me with a step by step process for roc filing of a builder ?

1. For change in directors file form 32 with ROC 2. For allotment of new shares file form 2 with ROC 3. For increase in authorised capital file form 5 with ROC 4. For filing balance sheet and profit loss account file form 22AC and 23ACA with ROC 5. For change in registered office address file form 18 with ROC 6. For creating charge on property file form 8 with ROC 7. For filing Annual Return file form 20B with ROC
In other words ROC forms are same for Infrastructure or any other company.
