I have filed 23AC,23ACA and 20B for one of my clients.and i generated the challan for it.
Now I want to make the payment through credit card.
Is there any way to do so now? as the option did not appear again like online payment,credit card and challan.

No, You need to deposit these challans in Bank Now. You have option of payment only at the point of generating the challans.

If the due date for filing of Return is not expired: You can upload the form again & pay the fees
If the due date is expired: Then it is better to pay the Challan
If any other diff, pl get back
