30 December 2015 Dear SIr/Madam,

Can someone please tell me that if suppose a Company has not filed the annual returns on MCA for a particular year, can that Company file it's annual returns for the next year without filing the annual returns of the previous years.

30 December 2015 yes, it is possible. You can file current year's returns without filing previous year's return.

but do ensure that if you are filing Form MGT-7 for Fy 2014-15, then you need to mention that the Company has not done Annual Filings of FY 2013-14. You also need to mention any other non-compliance done by company.

30 December 2015 Dear Pratik, I also have one more query. In the AOC 4, it asks to mention SRN of ADT 1. Whether that is the SRN of ADT-1 for appointment of auditor for FY 2014-15 or SRN of auditor for appointment in the current financial year,i. e 15-16

30 December 2015 thats for FY 2014-15 which you must have filed last year. If not filed, please mention Z99999999
