Which date i was written in due date of AGM?

13 March 2014 Please check the date of previous AGM. If the gap between the date of previous AGM and 31.12.2013 is not exceeding 15 months, then due date will be 31.12.2013. Otherwise due date will 15 months from the date of previous AGM.
