please tell me complete procedure for changing in registered office of pvt ltd company within delhi??
i want d same w.e.f 1st april..when should i file d same for that?

If the change in registered is within the local limits of the city, follow the below procedure:
1) Conduct a Board meeting and pass necessary resolution for change in registered office mentioning the effective date of change as 1st April or as required.
2) File Form 18 with necessary attachments.
