For incorporation of company with paid up capital is Rs 16,600/-
For filling form -1 Rs 300/-
For MOA Rs-16,000/-
For AOA Rs -300/-
For 1A Rs -500/- nominal filling fee .
For Form- 32 Rs -300( Nominal filling fee)

Whether for DIN is any Fees

Dear sir
that is bifurcation of Rs 16,600/-(16,000+300+300).
As far as application fee for DIN are concerned that is not expenditure of company it is expenditure of that particular director .
