Dear All,
Fees for increasing Authorize share capital from 25 Lakhs to 50 Lakhs is coming Rs 50000,where as
from 25 Lakhs to 51 Lakhs fees coming RS. 125000.00 , please guide me (The Company is registered in West Bengal)

For increase nominal share capital from Rs. 25 lacs to 50 lacs, fees should come Rs. 75000 not Rs. 50000
For increase nominal share capital from Rs. 25 lacs to 51 lacs, fees should come Rs. 76000
Fees of Rs. 125000 should come when you increase nominal share capital from Rs. 25 lacs to 1 cr.,

Fees of Rs. 125000 should come when you increase nominal share capital from Rs. 25 lacs to 1 cr.,
